Get Fit at Home and on Holiday!!

If you have a regular fitness routine that you love but are wanting to do some extra workouts at home without having to go to the gym, try these workouts listed below:
-All of these workouts require NO equipment and you can do them anywhere even when you are on holiday.
Workout #1:
Wide squats
Push ups
Alternating lunges
Push ups
Squats
Push ups
Jump squats
x3-4


Complete each exercise for 45 seconds and do as many reps as you can within that 45 seconds. Repeat the circuit 3-4 times, and make sure you stretch before and after your workout.
Workout #2:
Mountain climbers
Jump squats
Commandos
Plank
Commandos (remember to alternate your arms!)
Jump squats
Mountain climbers
x3-4

Complete each exercise for 45 seconds and do as many reps as you can within that 45 seconds. Repeat the circuit 3-4 times, and make sure you stretch before and after your workout.
Workout #3:
15 Lunges (on each leg)
15 Push ups
15 Wall pull downs
15 Squats
15 Leg raises
15 Commandos (each arm)
x3-4


Complete each exercise for the amount of repetitions recommended, complete 3-4 sets of the circuit. If you have any dumbbells or weights at home and feel as though you want to use them to make the exercises harder then go for it!
