I'm Renee Diment — a nutritionist, REPs-registered personal trainer, women's health educator, wellbeing coach, and speaker with 13+ years of experience working closely with women.
Beyond the Body exists because I got tired of watching women work incredibly hard at their health — and still not feel well. Not because they weren't trying. Because nobody had given them the right foundations.
