Beyond the Body helps women improve energy, digestion, bloating and overall wellbeing through realistic nutrition, fitness and lifestyle strategies that fit into real life.

Hi, I’m Renee.

I know what it feels like to be doing all the “right” things and still feel exhausted, confused, and disconnected from your body.

I’ve been there - working hard, juggling life, building a business, raising a family, and wondering why my health wasn’t reflecting the effort I was putting in.

For a long time, I believed that pushing harder was the answer. More discipline. More restriction. More intensity.

But the more I learned, both personally and professionally, the more I realised that true health doesn’t come from fighting your body - it comes from understanding it.

Everything changed when I began working with my biology instead of against it.

Through my own experiences, education, and over a decade working in the health and fitness industry, I discovered the power of aligning nutrition, strength training, recovery and lifestyle habits with how the female body is designed to function.

When I began prioritising balanced nutrition, building muscle, supporting my nervous system and understanding the rhythms of energy throughout the month, everything shifted.

My energy improved. My strength improved. My confidence improved.

Most importantly, my approach became sustainable.

That journey shaped the philosophy behind Beyond the Body.

My experience

I have spent over 13 years working in the health and fitness industry as a strength coach, personal trainer and nutrition practitioner.

Throughout my career, I have supported women of many different ages and life stages to improve their health in a way that fits into real life - not one that requires perfection.

My work brings together strength training, functional nutrition and lifestyle support to help women:

✔️support metabolism and energy
✔️improve body composition
✔️support gut health and digestion
✔️develop consistent, sustainable habits
✔️feel more confident in their body

I have worked with women balancing careers, families, pregnant women, women trying to conceive, women navigating ever changing hormones and busy schedules...so I understand the importance of creating realistic, supportive structures that work long term.

My philosophy

I believe women deserve clear, supportive guidance that helps them feel strong, energised and confident in their body without extreme dieting or unsustainable approaches.

Health is not about perfection or restriction.

It is about building strong foundations through:

Strength training remains a key part of this approach, because muscle plays an important role in metabolism, hormone health and long-term wellbeing.

Rather than constantly changing direction, I focus on helping women develop repeatable habits that support their health for years to come. Because thats where the magic happens, when we stick to the simple things, do them well, and do them on repeat. 

Why I created Beyond the Body

Beyond the Body was created to provide women with a place to feel informed, supported and empowered.

A place where health is approached with curiosity rather than pressure.

A place where education replaces confusion.

A place where women can build strength, improve energy and feel more at home in their body.

Through structured programmes, practical nutrition guidance and supportive education, and now the WELL BODY Podcast my goal is to help women create sustainable change that supports both their health and their lifestyle.

Because when you feel strong, energised and confident in your body, everything else becomes easier.

We believe women are designed to thrive.

Health is not something women need to earn through exhaustion, restriction, or constant self-discipline.

Your body is not something to fight against - it is something to understand, support and work with.

Beyond the Body exists to help women feel informed, supported and confident in their health so they can live with strength, energy and clarity through every season of life.

This is for the woman who:

What it means to go Beyond the Body

To go beyond the body is to develop a deeper understanding of what your body is communicating.

It means recognising that energy, mood, hunger and strength naturally fluctuate - and learning how to support yourself through those changes.

It means building muscle, supporting metabolism and creating habits that allow you to feel strong, capable and resilient.

It means choosing approaches that support your health long term, rather than chasing short-term outcomes.

It means learning how to work with your biology, rather than constantly feeling like you are working against it.

This is more than a programme

Beyond the Body is an approach to health that values education, self-awareness and sustainable habits.

It is a movement away from confusion and towards clarity.

Away from extremes and towards balance.

Away from constantly starting over and towards building something that lasts.

Because when women feel strong, energised and confident in their body, they show up differently in every area of their life.

And when women feel supported in their health, everything changes.
