  • Laser-sharp attention to detail

  • Productivity and task-follow-through

Intuitive nudges:You’ll feel the call to wrap up loose ends, clear out distractions, and say no more often. It’s a powerful time to tidy your space, finalise projects, meal prep, and strengthen your routines.


🌑 Menstrual Phase (Approx. Day 1–5)

Keywords: Rest · Intuition · Inner wisdom


Hormone levels drop, and your body asks you to pause and reset. This is your inner winter — a sacred time to retreat, reflect, and receive.

Your strengths:

  • Deep intuition and clarity

  • Emotional truth and embodiment

  • Letting go and resetting


Intuitive nudges:Use this time to rest and reflect. Journal, meditate, or simply be. You’ll often feel more connected to your truth here — what’s working, what’s not, and where your energy is leaking. This is when your deepest “knowing” surfaces.

What To Do With This Knowledge


  1. Start tracking your cycle daily — not just your period, but mood, energy, digestion, sleep, cravings, and training responses.

  2. Work with each phase — adjust your workouts and nutrition to support your hormonal shifts.

  3. Stop seeing symptoms as random or normal. Period pain, fatigue, and PMS are messages — not life sentences.

  4. Seek support. There’s no badge of honour in suffering silently. The right nutrition, fitness, and mindset support can radically change your cycle (and life).

  5. Still struggling , book in to see your chosen health care practitioner or GP to get further testing and get to the root cause of your constant symptoms. (even better if you can go to your health care practitioner with 3 months worth of menstrual notes to show them patterns of your pain, depression or symptoms.)
