1. Nutrition Workshops/Seminars

Interactive sessions that demystify healthy eating, teaching employees how to incorporate nutrient-dense foods into their diet without sacrificing taste or enjoyment. Topics include meal planning, understanding food labels, learning about macronutrients, and making healthy choices when eating out, how to incorporate movement into your life without giving up hours of time, better sleep and how living a healthier lifestyle will improve your mental health.

2. Health Challenges

Fun and competitive SAFE health challenges designed to encourage team building and healthy habits. Challenges will range from step contests and hydration challenges to sleep tracking and mindful eating goals, all tracked with easy-to-use tools . Using BIA technology scans to track participants results so they have a better understanding about what their weight is made up of, and how weight loss actually works...Its not just about the number on the scale! 



Hello! I'm Renee, the heart and soul behind PWR FIT STUDIOS, an award-winning fitness studio recognised as the Best in Health and Fitness in the Northwest Business Region.

With over a decade of dedication as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, my journey has been fuelled by a singular mission: to transform lives through the power of wellness.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of clients through transformative journeys, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of balanced nutrition and thoughtful exercise on overall well-being. These experiences have not only deepened my expertise but have also reinforced my belief that everyone deserves access to the tools and knowledge necessary for a healthier life.

My approach is built on the foundation of balance and inclusivity. I advocate for adding value to our diets and integrating manageable bursts of activity into our daily routines, enabling a lifestyle that embraces health without forsaking enjoyment. This philosophy has proven successful time and again, empowering individuals to achieve and sustain their wellness goals while still relishing the joys of life.
