Chocolate Pumpkin Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiled pumpkin

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

  • 100g dark chocolate

Method

  1. Boil pumpkin until soft and tender.

  2. Drain well and allow to cool slightly.

  3. Add pumpkin, dark chocolate, and Greek yoghurt into a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth, creamy, and mousse-like.

  5. Place in the fridge to set slightly before serving.
